Where exactly are the Futian Port branches, and how do I get there after crossing at Futian Port?
We have four branches at Futian Port — Xiangjiang, Xingguang, Xingqi and Qide. They are very conveniently located: about a three-minute walk once you have cleared Futian Port.
Besides the Futian Port branches, which other branches does Vickong Dental have in Shenzhen, and how far are they from the border?
We operate eight branches across Shenzhen and Zhuhai. In addition to the Futian Port branches (a three-minute walk), Shenzhen has the Huanggang clinic, the Huanggang Port clinic, the Luohu King Glory Plaza clinic and the Luohu Guomao clinic. Every branch is close to a border crossing, so patients can choose flexibly according to their crossing habits or attend follow-up visits in another district.
What are your opening hours? Are you open on Hong Kong public holidays and Sundays?
We open daily from 09:30 to 18:30. To make visits easier for the public, we see patients as normal on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

What happens on a first visit, and are X-rays and CT scans chargeable?
With an advance booking, you receive a free oral CT scan and full-mouth examination on arrival. We follow a no-pressure, no-hard-sell process: examine first, present the plan, quote the real price, and let you take your time to decide whether to proceed with treatment.
