On May 22, 2025, Managers Liu and Liao of the Vickong Dental Clinic Group were invited back to their alma mater to give a special lecture entitled "Opportunities and Choices, How to Become a Dean of the Department of Stomatology" to hundreds of students from the Medical University. As senior managers in the industry, the two managers combined their own career experiences to provide guidance to the third-year students from all aspects, from industry trends, internship preparation to management experience, and the response was enthusiastic.

From campus to dean: key career decisions

Manager Liu used her own experience as an example to talk about how she gradually grew from a medical university student to a manager . She emphasized: "First of all, there must be a change in the ideological awareness from an intern to a formal employee, mainly in terms of upgrading the sense of responsibility, teamwork and overall perspective, professional thinking and result orientation. These four aspects of ideological change have made me more comprehensive and reliable in doing things, and are also essential skills for becoming an excellent manager." Manager Liu also shared her own change in work mode, from online marketing planning to offline physical store marketing, learning and transforming from all aspects to become a manager. She encouraged students to participate in more internships during college, accumulate practical experience, and learn to think about problems from the perspective of operators.

Manager Liu reminds: " Internship is a good opportunity to test the waters and help you determine whether you are suitable for this industry. If you find that you are not interested enough, it is not a bad idea to adjust your direction early."

During the speech, hundreds of students were fully focused, many of them were taking notes, and actively spoke during the Q&A session. After the speech, many students took the initiative to thank the two store managers.
