Vickong Dental Daily Clinic Story - See You Next Time - Our Promise
This is a story shared by one of our dental assistants.
On a busy weekend, after preparing for the day, I welcomed our first patient at the reception - a kind elderly lady accompanied by her family. Greeting them warmly, I received equally warm responses. Through conversation, I learned the lady had been missing molars on both sides for years and wanted to explore dental implants, having struggled with eating difficulties.
After researching several clinics, she chose ours based on a friend's recommendation - someone who expressed complete trust and satisfaction with our services. Following the dentist's thorough examination, her family understood the severity of her dental condition. Their concerned discussions showed how much they cared about her oral health. They immediately reviewed the treatment plan and costs, beginning treatment that same day.
Having not visited a dentist for many years, the lady was visibly nervous during the procedure. I repeatedly comforted her and offered reassurance throughout.
After treatment, she gave me a big hug, saying gratefully: "Thank you for your care and patience - you made me much less afraid of dental visits. Next time won't be so scary!" She specifically requested to schedule future appointments when I'd be available.
At each follow-up visit since, she's cooperated wonderfully with treatment, overcoming her previous dental anxiety. Every time before leaving, she happily hugs me with some reluctance, always saying "See you next time."
"See you next time" was our first promise - each visit representing another step toward better oral health. It's also the phrase Vickong Dental staff most frequently say to patients, as we're all committed to giving everyone healthier teeth and more confident smiles.
